Published March 13, 2007 A Day in the Life of... , Commodities , Currency , Into the Financial Markets , Investing , Stocks , The Way of the Sword , Trading , Uncategorized 6 CommentsI rarely trade stocks, but this trade setup is too attractive to miss. 12M is in corrective upswing, and is at Demark exhaustion; 13W is in bullish trend, but Demark exhaustion is suggesting a trend change; 18D is in uptrend, but also has Demark exhaustion signal, plus Barrometrics Change in trend
I taught Jonas the Demark exhaustion method, and using this method, he has identified Honeywell as a potential short candidate. We’ll see whether the sell trade triggers tomorrow.
12M in upswing leg of a sideways range; 13W is in bullish trend; 18D has just triggered a BarroMetrics Change in Trend setup. However, my maney management rules do not allow me to take a position in FTSE. All I can do is watch
12M in upswing, but at Demark exhaustion; 13W in upswing and bull trend; 18D in uptrend but has triggered BarroMetrics Change in Trend setup. Will watch the opening hour

Hang Seng Index
Published December 18, 2006 Into the Financial Markets , Stocks , Trading Leave a Comment12M on Hang Seng is similar to the 12M on Dow Jones Industrial and also 12M on Straits Times Index; both have broken out of the previous high established in 2000, but have not crossed the Max Range Extention. 18D is awaiting Demark exhaustion.
Nikkei 225
Published December 18, 2006 Into the Financial Markets , Stocks , Trading Leave a Comment12M is in upswing leg, downtrend; 13W is in upswing leg, bullish trend. 18D is in bullish trend, but is now in BarroMetrics CIT setup. This CIT can also trigger the 18D V-top that implies a change in trend of the 13W. Will be watching this closely for the sell entry
Dow Jones Index and Straits Times Index
Published December 15, 2006 Into the Financial Markets , Stocks , Trading 3 CommentsThere are similarities in both these indices. Both have broken above their previous highs that were established in Jan 2000. Both are now approaching the Max Range extention. Both are at Demark exhaustion on Monthly charts. We live in very interesting times. Market at this stage is definately not for widows and orphans. Caveat Emptor.
